Product & Fragrance
Are QAASH fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every QAASH fragrance is composed and bottled in-house from hand-selected raw materials. We never use synthetic substitutes for our core ingredients.
How long does the fragrance last?
QAASH fragrances are Extrait de Parfum concentration at 30%, designed to last 12 or more hours on skin. Longevity may vary with skin type, climate, and application method.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry place to preserve the composition. Avoid storing in bathrooms where humidity fluctuates.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 5 to 7 business days. Complimentary tracked shipping is included on every order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your QAASH account.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all seals intact. Please contact us at theqaashservice@gmail.com to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
